Tizzit is published by [Éditeur à renseigner]. By creating an account, you accept these terms. They are short, because the product is.

The service

Tizzit is a group messenger for friends, on iPhone, Android and in the browser. It is free and ad-free. It is provided “as is”: we do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, and features may change or disappear.

Your account

You need an Apple, Google or Discord account, and to be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for what happens from your devices. You can delete your account at any time from the app (see the privacy policy).

What you post

What you send stays yours. You only grant us the technical right to store it and pass it on to chat members. You agree not to send illegal content, not to harass, and not to share other people's photos without their consent. Chats are private: we do not read them, but we may delete an account reported for abuse.

Chats and invitations

A group can be open — everyone has the same rights: rename, add, invite, leave — or managed: admins decide the settings and which features are switched on. An invitation link lets anyone who holds it join: share it with care.

Ending

You can leave whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or stop the service with reasonable notice given in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the French courts, after an attempt at an amicable settlement by email.
